Have you ever needed to scan a document on the go? Ever wanted to scan your receipts and keep virtual records of all your paperwork that you can access from any device? How about instantly scanning a document you need while you are at your clients?
Google Drive does that.
Instructions: Scan Documents as PDF's with your Smartphone
- Open the Google Drive app .
- In the bottom right, tap the + symbol in the blue circle .
- Tap Scan .
- Take a photo of the document you'd like to scan. Adjust scan area: Tap Crop . Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page . Scan another page: Tap Add .
- To save the finished document, tap Done .
Your scanned document is stored in Drive as a PDF, and you can find it with Google’s powerful text and image search or organize into folders as needed.
